Privacy Policy
What this site collects directly. Nothing. These pages are static. There is no contact form, no account and no login, and nothing here asks for a name, an address or an email address.
Calls. The telephone number on these pages routes through a call tracking service operated by our advertising partner. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and for billing, and the calling number, the time of the call and how long it lasted are recorded. That information routes the call and accounts for it. It is not used to build a marketing profile and it is not sold.
What reaches the contractor. The number you called from, and whatever you say on the call — the address, the system, when someone can be there. The contractor keeps that under their own privacy practices, not this policy. They are an independent business, this site has no access to their records, and a request to see or delete what they hold goes to them.
What is never taken here. Payment details, because this site bills nobody. No documents, no uploads, no photographs.
Outbound contact. This site places no calls and sends no texts or email. There is no newsletter to leave and no list to be added to. If you are contacted after a call, it is by the contractor you spoke to.
Analytics. Aggregate traffic measurement may be used to see which pages are read. It is not tied to an individual and it is not sold.
Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
The embedded map. Some pages include a map of the service area, loaded from Google only when you scroll to it. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy rather than this one. Nothing about you is sent to Google by this site itself, and the map is not used to identify or track visitors here.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices. New Jersey residents have rights over personal information held about them, including the right to know what is held and the right to ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@heatcoolcheck.com and say which call you are asking about — the date and the number dialled are usually enough to find it.
Changes. If this policy changes, the revision date shown on this page changes with it.
